• Prices are calculated by size and specification. A 'ballpark' price can usually be given over the phone or at the time of visit. This is followed up by a site visit, as necessary.
• We view Professional Floor Sanding and floor polishing as a craft. Floor sanding services vary enormously in process, machinery, skill, knowledge and product.
• We recommend choosing a service that suits both your requirements, expectations and budget.
• Bear in mind: We are often able to tailor a price to your budget by changing the specification.
• Our wood floor sanding prices vary between £16.00 - £26.00 per sq. metre (subject to a viewing and specification).
• Our wood floor / hard floor polishing prices start from £6.00 per sq. metre.
