Carpet with a Conscience. Nature and Nurture is an exciting new ECO collection of 100% natural wool carpets. Eco is completely hand woven on traditional carpet looms. the woollen thread is woven on to a base of cotton and jute and then a cotton backing is secured with a natural latex layer. Nature & Nurture have been tested for levels of harmful substances and have been accredited with the Oeko-tex 100 certification. This is an Internationally recognised certification, which traces the origin of supply of the raw material and tests it in its raw and processed format for levels of harmful chemicals. The Eco Collection was highly commended in the 2008 Homes & Gardens Classic Design Awards.
